Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
- Item is unused
- Item is unwashed
- Original tags are attached
- Original packaging is intact
- Invoice is available
Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to availability)
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product received
Exchange requests should be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping will be borne by Anrio Clothing.
- For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
